Glasshouse & Garden Centre Maintenance Contracts

Every site is different, but an inspection may include an assessment of key areas such as glazing, gutters, roof sections, vents, doors, gable ends, rack and pinion systems, screens and the general visible condition of the structure.

Any areas requiring attention can then be identified and prioritised.

If it is urgent and compromises health and safety we will advise you immediately without having to wait for the written report.

If required, and if we do not need to order specialist parts, we can fix the issue while on site, ensuring your structure is left safe and secure.  Costs for repairs will depend on the plan you have in place, but if not included, we will arrange an hourly rate for the team to fix any issues.  Any work would be pre-authorised prior to taking place, so you are fully aware of costs.

In some cases, where this may not be possible, due to having to order specialist parts, we will arrange this on your behalf and complete the work.

We aim to complete all reports within 48 hours.

However, any urgent issues will be reported while we are on site.

The frequency of inspections will depend on the age, size, type and condition of the glasshouse, as well as how heavily it is used.

For many commercial glasshouse operators, an annual inspection provides a useful overview of the condition of the structure and helps identify developing maintenance issues.  Larger, older, or more complex sites may benefit from more frequent inspections.
