It’s been a busy year! We haven’t shared an update for a while, as we’ve been working on sites that require strict privacy and security, so unfortunately, no case studies or photos to showcase recently.
However, we are now in the final stages of producing our own, fully engineered bar-cap system for polycarbonate glazing across a range of thicknesses.
This builds on the systems we already produce in-house, including our self-supporting ridge designed to convert glasshouse structures into insulated tin composite panel roofs, as well as our custom gutter-conversion profiles for tin roof installations. We’ve also partnered with a specialist manufacturer in the Netherlands to supply the Dutch Sandwich System, enabling us to offer multiple roof-repurposing solutions for a wide variety of structures.
With our in-office design capability and on-site 3D printing, Lyndon is able to prototype each profile, verify accuracy, and refine the design before final dies are manufactured. Here’s one in the making.
If your project requires a profile that is not in production, we can design, test, and produce it entirely in-house – ensuring the perfect fit every time.
